Company History
Shenzhen Prime Industry Co., Ltd., officially established in 2020, has its roots dating back to 2005.
In July 2005, Professor Alex Song from Seoul National University, Korea, and Stone Li, the General Technical Team Leader of Tiandi, collaborated to establish Shenzhen Ivision Technology in Shenzhen, with a primary focus on the OEM business for PTZ cameras.
In April 2009, Ivision welcomed a new partner, Phillip Huang, and formed a dedicated team to venture into the development of IP cameras and NVR.
By May 2011, Ivision evolved into two parallel business lines, one specializing in finished cameras and NVRs, while the other focused on camera and NVR main boards.
In December 2014, Ivision took a strategic step by establishing Anixvideo, a subsidiary exclusively catering to the overseas market. Ivision maintained an independent supplier role and held a substantial 48% stake in Anixvideo.
In August 2017, Anixvideo received backing from Hisilicon, initiating the development of a technical team dedicated to low-power consumption battery cameras.
By March 2018, Anixvideo repurchased a 28% equity stake from Ivision.
In September 2018, Anixvideo successfully launched its first two models: the A6 smart battery doorbell and the M6 smart battery camera.
In October 2019, Anixvideo expanded its product line to include a series of hidden cameras and wearable cameras.
In October 2020, Anixvideo and Shenzhen Haovision jointly established Shenzhen Prime Industry Co., Ltd., with a primary focus on the development of smart helmets.
By May 2022, Anixvideo initiated the distribution of Hikvision’s full line of products.
In September 2023, Prime Industry showcased its smart Ebike helmet and Bluetooth intercom at the CIMAmotor show in Chongqing.
In October 2023, Prime Industry exhibited its smart Ebike helmet and Bluetooth intercom at the Hong Kong Electronics Show.
