What are your main products?
We have been focusing on the production of motorcycle helmet intercom headphones OEM/ODM business since our foundation in 2008. Products include 2-32 riders’ headphones. In 2021, we launched video intercom headphones, namely, we add a camera and a recorder to the headphone.
Can you do OEM / ODM for us?
Of cause, our main business is OEM/ODM, we mainly supply our products to distributors who will resale our products in their market or through their own sales channels.
What kind of OEM/ODM service you can do?
This is a most asked question, for most of the distributors, have their own business brand, and they don’t hope to sell exact same products as their competitors in the same market, so we have to do something to separate them.
- We could put forward to a brand new idea, which could be a new outlook, a new function, or others put forward by our customers who may know better about the users in their market. In this case, we will generate the new outlook CAD effect drawings for our customer’s confirmation. Or provide a new sample with a new function for our customer’s evaluation.
- Furtherly, we also need to consider how to save our customer’s budget to develop new models, sometimes, we just need to change part of the products, which could be a cover, or a buttons layout, or a material technology. In this way, we can use minimum money to make a new one.
- For some customers, we have to provide localized products, such as voice prompt in Spain language or others. In this case, we need our customers to provide their local language package file.
- Logo print, gift box, label print, all those are no problem, and for free if order quantity reaches 1000pcs.

What is your delivery time?
For samples, within 2 working days after payment is received. For bulk orders, it depends on your quantity and requirements on OEM / ODM.
What’s your after-sales policy?
We could provide 1-2% as spare parts, and provide no more guarantee, or we accept customers to return the RMA parts in bulk, and we replace or repair and send them back at our cost.
